A manual conveyor is made up of a travel runway composed of two steel open thin-walled symmetric angles which are suspended on the bearing steel construction. In conjunction with the travel runway, the bearing steel construction forms a steel grate which may be mounted on bearing columns made of thin-walled tubes or suspended on a steel construction of a hall.
Load transport is on carts that are composed of two undercarriages on which the cart skeleton is placed which is accommodated for transport of loads. Handling of carts is by hand. In order to fork off the suspended cart in ramifications, the cart is furnished with rail switches with electro-pneumatic control of direction. Switch changing control is manual or automatic. Optionally, a weighing machine can be included in the runway, connected to data collection.
Cart carrying capacity is 600 kg.
